Allow me to visit you in your own home or in the yoga room to teach you simple exercises and breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your household routine.

Stress, anxiety, hormones, social media, video games and the modern busy lifestyle can all lead to disconnection. Taking an intentional break can bring inner peace to each individual in the household and sharing the practice deepens the connection with self and each other.

 Reduce stress and anxiety, develop self-awareness and improve general wellbeing with kundalini yoga exercises and meditations. These use lots of rhythmic movement and sound to distract the thinking mind and tone the nervous system which appeals to young people, especially neurodivergent and those with anxiety.

My years of experience teaching children yoga and drama have taught me how both these activities are excellent for building confidence and resilience. I am a primary trained teacher and used to working in a school setting. I am eager to continue working with schools as a contractor. I am flexible and willing to work with you to find a program that best suits your school's needs. I can also train teachers how to integrate mindfulness into the classroom.
